The notebook's original title is: "Notebook for recording the books currently available at the Hadi Dawlatabadi Library since its founding (5/5/1966), which were transferred from various libraries for sale." It includes poetry, book lists, and miscellaneous notes. This notebook is accompanied by two printed pages of a prayer.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The second part is her will, in which she talks about the details of her funeral.

Marriage contract of Khanum Buzurg, the daughter of Lutf Allah Mirza, and Mirza Masʻud Khan, the son of Muhammad Husain, with a mahr of 1120 tumans, which includes: four shares of a qanat in Hidayat Aabad village's water, clothing worth 500 tumans, gold [jewelry] worth 200 tumans, a carpet worth 150 tumans, copper dishes made in Yazd worth 50 tumans, silver worth 75 tumans, a Qurʼan worth 25 tumans, and one male slave and one female slave worth 80 tumans.

Marriage contract of Khanum Buzurg, daughter of Lutf Allah Mirza, and Mirza Masʻud, son of Mirza Muhammad Husayn, with a mahr of 1120 tumans, which includes: two shares of use of water from a qanat worth 500 tumans, clothes worth 200 tumans, gold worth 150 tumans, two carpets worth 50 tumans, 50 mans [each man is three kilograms] of copperware made in Yazd worth 75 tumans, silver worth 250 tumans, a Qurʼan worth 40 tumans, a slave and a male servant worth 80 tumans. These items were settled for the stipulated amount of money [1120 tumans].

The mahr is 800 tuman and includes: three shares of a garden in Herat worth of 300 tumans, pieces of land worth 100 tumans, a female slave for the wife, worth of 50 tumans, a Qurʼan worth 50 tumans, copper dishes worth 50 tumans, gold [jewelry] worth 20 tumans, and bedding and carpets worth 100 tumans. It was agreed that for 50 years after the marriage, the wife can divorce herself if the husband leaves her for more than a year...

Marriage contract of Baygum Agha, daughter of Muhammad Quli Khan, a resident of Zifrah Linjan, and Mustafa, son of Haj ‘Ali Akbar, a resident of Darichah. The mahr is one hundred tumans. Marriage contract of Sughra Baygum, daughter of Sayyid Murtaza, and Karbalayi Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Husayn resident of Qumshah village. The mahr includes thirty-seven tumans and the price of: goldware, copperware, clothes, rugs, bedding, and one-twelfth of a building in Qumshah village.
